As I moved from shipping to setting direction, one pattern kept repeating: teams scale decisions without ever making the underlying assumptions explicit. GTM bets compound, roadmap debates recycle, and when outcomes diverge, there's no clear way to trace what actually broke.

I write and think about this failure mode in the open, and I'm building a governed decision system to address it. The goal is simple: make assumptions explicit, tie them to decisions, and track what evidence strengthens or invalidates them over time, so teams can update direction based on learning, not opinion drift.
